Check in at Villa Merlo Nero opens at 5pm local time.

We will be hosting a welcome dinner for all guests at La Menagere in the City of Florence. A shuttle will pick up guests at the Villa at 7pm local time and dinner starts at 7:30pm.

Lexie Gorman will conduct the wedding ceremony.

Cocktail hour will begin after the ceremony concludes in the Villa’s garden and lawn. Guests will enjoy a lemon spritz fountain, Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, White wine, and rosé. There will also be a selection of hors d'oeuvres.

Dinner will follow the Cocktail Hour in the Villa’s courtyard. All guests will be seated at a contiguous table. Three courses will be served family Italian style, and red and white wine will be served with dinner. Several stories and speeches will be made throughout.

After dinner the party will begin. There will be an open bar for 3 hours.

Pizza, Salad, Gelato and cocktails will be served poolside on Sunday evening after a day of recovery.
